Belching politely (thus appropriating Japanese meal etiquette, how white scum of her/him) she/he says to the terrified nurses “Don’t tell an oppressed person how to react to their oppression!”

One of the nurses begins to cry, as he and the doctor had a secret relationship, but they were both only white queers so it doesn’t count as diverse enough, so who cares. Then another nurse tells off the otherkin because eating a human isn’t very vegan.

Then the proudly obese woman realizes she’s been daydreaming and that she would never go to the doctor, she knows all 300 pounds of her are healthy, what need would she have for some cis doctor.
